Hall of Fame QB Tarkenton calls Freeman’s play ‘god-awful’

Hall of Fame quarterback Fran Tarkenton , as reported by ESPN, told WDAE Radio that  Tampa Bay coaches are hoping rookie Mike Glennon will “be able to play” and replace the scatter-armed Josh Freeman.  “I’ve watched him (Freeman) a lot,” Tarkenton said.  “He just plays god-awful.”
